Transfer licence to another user

If you wish to transfer one of your licences to another user, then first remove the licence from Steelcalc, then send us the Name and Email Address of the new user. An on-line Steelcalc account will be created and the download details will be sent to the new user once completed.

Removing Steelcalc

Uninstall Steelcalc or move to another computer - To remove Steelcalc, you can use your Windows OS 'Uninstall a Program' which is available in your Windows Control Panel.

Please read the 'Register Licence Instructions' information which is shown above.

Note : Once a Steelcalc Licence is registered, you cannot use it on another machine or use it on another user name on the same machine until the licence is unlocked. To unlock licences, you need to remove them from the machine that registered them. During the removal process, an Exit Password will be produced for each licence when uninstalling Steelcalc. Please make a note of these numbers just in case a problem happens with the auto removal process.

If in the future you purchase a new machine, you will need to remove Steelcalc from the old one first before trying to install Steelcalc again. You will use the same process to transfer to another user if required. See details above if transferring to another user.
