- Reported Error : Steelcalc would terminated incorrectly when using Plate Girders Partials. Fixed.
- Note : Steelcalc is unable to open or use Steelcalc Projects that are linked to a synced folder like Dropbox or OneDrive. This is due to Steelcalc requiring a project that is not already in use. When a sync folder copies, because of a change to the project, it will lock the file so you cannot use your projects. A warning will now given if you attempt to add or open a project from any of these folders.
- New Facility : Due to the note above there is now a facility where you can copy your currently opened project to a selected folder of your choice. This is available from the main menu bar.

- Major change to the installation wizard : A new installation wizard has been built and now includes the ability to install Steelcalc as a Per Machine installation. All installations pre Steelcalc 6.4.0 were installed as a Per User installation where the user needed to have Administrator Rights on their Windows Account, this is no longer a requirement. If you upgrade any Steelcalc pre 6.4.0 then this installation type will still apply. To found out how to remove the Per User installation then please see the Steelcalc help for more information.
- Improvements : The ability to allow Multi Users on the same machine. Per User installation must be removed first.
- Improvements : A new girth calculator has been included. This can be used to calculate a required girth of a Non-Standard steel section.

- Clients Report : The running project total has been redesigned to appear only when required and appear as Grand Project Total at the end of the report if more than one Product or hourly protection is used. You can also select not to print any running totals if required.
- #Hashtag Processing : Using the Steel ID cell of the Project Grid you can input a range of #Hashtag references which will make Steelcalc reconfigure the corresponding record line. By inserting a #Hashtag of #1, #2 or #3 you can put the record line into Abeyance or if you insert #R, #Y or #G then the record will be highlighted with a selected colour. You also have the option to disable the use of #Hashtag processing if required. See Grid Options in Steelcalc Help for more details.
- Highlight Marked Items : Your Marked items will now appear highlighted with a selected colour when selected in the Project Grid. You can also select if a double click is required to active a Marked item, the default is now a single click. See Grid Options in Steelcalc Help for more details.

- Several updates to projects stored on a server : Better handling of Projects when Steelcalc is no longer able to connect to the Project because the Project Server is no longer available for some unknown reason. If Steelcalc reports a Disk or Network error then you can exit Steelcalc directly from the Error resulting in less errors being shown as you close down.
- Improvement : You can now select Kgs or Litres as your project unit default before using the select all options when creating a new project.
- Reported Error : Invalid Characters found in Project Path - Certain characters cannot be used when creating a directory or filename like (<), (>), (") etc. Steelcalc will now check for these characters before updating the Recent Projects sections, if found then these Projects will not be added to the Recents Projects Menus.
